In this episode, we discussed how many of us use “old data” to navigate a new reality. The context has changed—our age, health, demands, and resources are different than they were five years ago. When we assume resilience is fixed, we miss opportunities to adapt strategically.
I defined resilience as our ability to go through adversity—both acute crises and chronic, cumulative demands (even positive ones)—and come out stronger. The growth piece matters.
I also shared how my approach blends clinical psychology with years in business leadership. The real challenge isn’t knowing what to do—it’s implementing it in the complexity of real work and life. That’s why I advocate for a plan: clarify your current context, align behaviors with capacity, and build systems that support sustainable performance and mental health. 💡
If you’re a leader navigating burnout, complexity, or change, I hope this episode helps you turn resilience into a practical, repeatable strategy.
